Hello everyone! My name is Jeremy, your Personal Executive Chef and Owner of Savory Solutions Personal Chefs & Catering, serving both local residents of the Greater Knoxville TN area communities, as well as vacationers staying in the amazing cabins nestled within our beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee! My passion for food started in my early teens, when my Grandmother (a.k.a. "Grams"..lol) made me my first Tuna Melt while visiting her at her apartment in South Lake Tahoe, CA. I remember telling her, "I don't like tuna!", and she always told me that I didn't know what I liked, unless I tried it. After that, I found myself infatuated with tasting all types of spices, foods. reading recipes, and fell in love with my new passion for creating different flavors out of everyday foods.
At 19, my Grandmother offered to put me through Culinary School and I JUMPED at the opportunity! Once I had finished my schooling through the Fresno Academy of Culinary Arts, and obtained my certification as a Chef de' Cuisine with an emphasis in Food & Beverage Management, I went on to be the Assistant Manager of the Silver Dollar Hofbrau in Fresno, CA. Since then, I have worked as the Pantry Chef at the Peppermill Hotel & Casinos, Ramanza Restaurante', Sous Chef at the Westmoreland Club in Wilkes-Barre PA, Executive Sous Chef for the Waterfront Bar & Grill, Wilkes-Barre PA, as well as Head Catering Chef for Cheers Private Services in Norwalk, CT, where I was able to serve mr FIRST High-Profile Client- Phil Donahue, as well as other High-Profile clients!
In conclusion, my passion for the Culinary Arts and the Performing Arts has enabled me to follow a lifelong dream of starting a business where I can execute my vision for creating & PERFORMING culinary works of art for those looking to experience a unique style of catering!
